Terms and Conditions
Members must ensure all details provided are accurate, including full legal name (as per passport of intended user), ASR registered email address,
Airport LoungeKey Pass voucher(s) code, and intended date of use. LoungeKey Passes cannot be reissued once issued.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address is accurate and accessible.
The Ascott Limited shall not be responsible for non-receipt of digital passes due to incorrect email details or email system issues.
Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) working days before the intended travel date. Requests submitted with less than seven (7) days'
notice may be required to select an alternative date of use.
Members may redeem up to ten (10) LoungeKey Pass vouchers per transaction for themselves and accompanying guests travelling together.
LoungeKey Pass vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. The LoungeKey Pass vouchers may only be used by the Member or accompanying guests travelling together with the Member.
All redemptions are final. Points used for redemption are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated once a voucher has been issued.
The Ascott Limited reserves the right to cancel any redemption that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Ascott Limited is not liable for any failures due to technical malfunctions or system errors.
The Ascott Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the LoungeKey Pass redemption at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to
natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory restrictions.
In the event of any dispute, management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
By participating in this redemption, members acknowledge and accept the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) programme and the above Terms and Conditions.
